Although I love his writing, that really appeals to me is his humility and the way he has emphasized all these years that he isn't really special, he just tried his best and it worked. He shows us that we all have the ability, we just have to go after it with passion and determination. How can anyone not like King? Well, the network didn't do a very good job communicating that. Had I known that was the case, I would have liked the ending a bit better - more like a season cliffhanger than a series cliffhanger. It was a shame, because putting it in the context of a book, there was a lot of meaning between the covers, at least for me.
